VARY YOUR HEAD HEIGHT DRILL:
- Decide how many strokes you want to do each at Low, Medium and High height and for how long. I suggest 10 strokes at each height.
- Take your time to focus and don't forget to breathe. Which feels most loose, natural, neutral for your neck? Do the different head positions correlate to different body alignment?
- Once you have found the most relaxing head/neck position, try relaxing your shoulders now! Doesn’t that feel great?
